We believe top agents should be focused on their clients. Stark's support systems allow for our agents to spend more time with their home buyers and sellers by leaving the administrative tasks to our support team.

Locations

OFFICES THROUGHOUT DANE & SAUK COUNTY

We have 3 Offices in Madison, 1 in Sun Prairie, 1 in Stoughton and 1 in Baraboo. These offices are available to all agents, with a common area that provides computer access, internet, and color printing options.

Support

FULL TIME MANAGEMENT

Full time managers at each office location are available for questions and to help with contracts, and one manager is always available on the weekends for any urgent questions.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Each office has an assigned admin that is available to support you. Admins assist with compliance documents, entering listing information, scheduling photo shoots, uploading and organizing photos, creating listing materials, and many other tasks.

FULL TIME IT & MARKETING SUPPORT

Here at Stark, we want you to focus on real estate and let us handle the rest. We have full time IT and marketing staff available to assist you when you're having technical troubles or looking to further develop your marketing plan.

COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY ADVISOR

We have an on-staff compliance and regulatory advisor that can assist with those complicated deals when you need the opinion of someone with years of experience at the MLS and WRA.

Digital Footprint

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) SOFTWARE

Stark has contracted with Delta Media Group, a technology company that works with brokers across the country, to provide you with a CRM system that helps you manage your business the right way.

PERSONALIZED WEBSITE

Each Stark agent has a personalized website. They are customizable, with over 25 templates to choose from. The websites are set up with an IDX feed to allow your clients to search for their next home on your site. All leads from your personal website go directly to you.

DIGITAL MARKETING PLAN

Each agent at Stark will receive digital retargeting ads that help drive traffic back to their website. We also provide digital ads for each listing.

YOUR LISTING, YOUR LEAD

Stark agents receive all leads from their listings that are generated from our company website, starkhomes.com, free of any referral fees.

DATA YOU CAN USE

Each week, you will receive data from the company regarding local statistics to help you remain the trusted advisor for your clients. From the Weekly Inventory and Showing Report, to our Bi-Weekly Accepted Offer Analysis, or our Quarterly Market Source Newsletter, we provide you all the data you need to be an expert on current market conditions.

In the Field

COMPANY-PAID PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

We have multiple preferred vendors where we cover 100% of your professional listing photography costs. We will also work with you to supplement costs of outside photography vendors. We vet our photographers and they provide much more than just photography, including drone footage, videos, and floorplans.

SIGN INSTALLATION & REMOVAL

Stark has contracted with a local company to install yard signs for you at no cost. Sign installations and removals are coordinated by your office admin.

By tracking specific data points, we are able to stay on top of the latest market trends, enabling us to translate why and how this impacts our clients.
