Stoughton agents decorate cookies for Community Expo

Our Stoughton agents were hard at work prepping to represent at the 2026 Stoughton Chamber of Commerce Community Expo. At the expo, they shared their homemade cookies and their expertise about the local housing market, answering their neighbors' real estate questions. For several years, Stark agent Caley Rouse and her husband, CJ, have voluntarily accompanied a “walking school bus” of kids to and from their local elementary school, rain or shine. Their spirit and their commitment to ensuring these kids are safe and educated fosters togetherness and strengthens our community. Read their story in the September 2025 issue of Madison Magazine.

Agents "Paws" to help local K9s

Stark agents dropped off gift baskets for the City of Monona Police Department K9 Golf Outing fundraiser. This annual event raises money for police canines like Jocko, pictured next to the baskets. Look at that smile!

Sharing the Wealth

“When we first heard of Own It: Building Black Wealth’s mission, we knew we needed to get involved and support the cause,” said Chris Stark, president of Stark Realtors. “Everyone should have the opportunity to create the life they want to live, and we recognize that there are those within our community that have been historically underserved and face larger obstacles to make that a reality.”

Stark agents donate to Shop with a Cop Monona

Stark agents presented the City of Monona Police Department with a $1,150 donation for Shop with a Cop, which helps economically disadvantaged children shop for gifts for their families during the holiday season. You can learn more about the program at shopwithacopdanecounty.org.
